Super coole Krippe, sehr schön und kindgerecht eingerichtet. Einfühlsame, witzige und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen, immer hilfsbereit und motiviert. Unser Sohn ist von Anfang an gerne hingegangen und auch wir haben ein gutes Gefühl ihn dort abzugeben. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und das was noch kommt!

My daughter attended this daycare from the age of 15 months. From the beginning, I informed the owner, Nadine, that we are vegetarians by religion, and she assured me they would provide suitable meals. However, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the daycare faced challenges, and they asked me to send food for my child on days when the caterer provided non-vegetarian meals. I was understanding of the situation and agreed to this temporarily. However, this went on without resolution, despite my paying nearly €100 a month for food.
I often had to call the daycare myself to confirm if they would provide food for the following week. If I forgot to follow up on time and had to call them first thing on monday mornings, I was met with frustration from the staff, as if my inquiry was an inconvenience. When I raised the issue again and asked when they would start providing meals all five days, Nadine’s suggestion was to pull my child out mid-year because it “wasn’t her responsibility.” I have all of this documented in emails. Over the two years my child was there, she might have had one or two weeks total when I didn’t have to pack her meals. It wasn’t until I involved the Jugendamt that they began making minor adjustments like making sure they posted the following week’s menu on the app every Friday.
I regret allowing my child to stay in this daycare for so long, there were so many other issues which I let slide thinking I was just being suspicious but I only realised toward the end—when parents began sharing stories—that I wasn’t alone. Many others had similarly awful experiences. Nadine, in particular, responds to concerns with condescension and an air of superiority. They are experts at passing the buck!
I hope my negative review encourages other parents to come forward with their experiences.
