Kita Unikate - Impuls Soziales Management

This is one of the worst kindergartens I ever seen and it has really impolite staff. I’ll explain what happened to us:

1. They said they have a free place at the start of April then at the middle of March my wife and son went there to see the kindergarten and talk to the teachers. First surprise was that even though they knew my son should go there in two weeks they stopped my wife from going in.

2. Few days after we brought the kid’s doctor certificate, they said we cannot allow your son to come in our kindergarten.

3. We didn’t go there and then we show the „copy“ of certificate to other kindergartens and told them the story. They said it is very strange that this kindergarten prevent us from going there.

4. Uni Kita said write an email to their boss. I wrote an email and no surprise she/he didn’t answer at all.

5. After all we cancelled the contract (this is what they love), then I went there to get my
child’s clothes and his doctor’s certificate. They said we already gave you the original version and we have only the copy. I said they didn’t give me the original one but they treated very rudely and shut the door off to me.

5. Few hours later they emailed me we just mailed the original certificate to you, without apologizing for their behaviour. This shows extreme face of their rudeness: they close the door to me and then they search for the certificate and they don’t even apologize.

6. In general if you are parent of a kid, you should stay outside of the kindergarten behind a big door like Alcatraz prison’s door. I’ve never seen such a behaviour anywhere else in Germany. They could simply invite in and talk, the funny thing is that when they think it is enough of discussion (like when I said they didn’t give me the certificate), they close the door. They were cruel to us and I have never seen such a behaviour in Germany.
